A Sad Day

Today has been one of those days where everything goes wrong and nothing goes right. I was awakened at 4 am this morning with dogs barking outside; I heard my cat making noises as well. I went outside to see that the neighbors dogs had mauled my cat to death. It angers me so that people will not keep their animals on there own property. Buddy will be sadly missed especially by Odee who loved to lay on the porch in the sun with him.

Jill,
I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, how sad. It's so hard to loose a pet that is such a part of your family.
Blessings to you.

Jill, I just wanted to post & say how sorry I am for your loss! It's so frustrating to have to deal with people's animals running rampant (we're dealing with the same thing with a neighbor's dog). I can only imagine your loss as our children are all "furbabies" too.
Hugs & Blessings,
lisa

I'm so sorry for your loss. I do hope that your neighbors are especially grieved and will do what they can do ease the pain in this time. What a tragedy.

Blessings,
Keri

I m so sorry for your loss, I know what you are going through as we just had to put our beloved dog "Shadow" of 15 years to sleep last Friday as he was suffering from heart disease. it was the hardest decision we ever had to make.

But your cat should not have had to suffer that abuse from those dogs. That is one of my pet peeves, animals
running loose; ticks me off all the time.

So sorry for your loss.

OMG Jill!!! I'm so sorry to hear about your kitty. How horrific it must have been! How can those dogs go free? That's just not right. My heart aches for you, darlin. I've lost a pet before too. Something similar happened to my daughter's kitty in the middle of the night and that's so sad.
Warmly,
Sharon
