What a glorious day here in Kentucky! It was in the 60's and we enjoyed every minute of it. I opened the windows in the workshop and let the clean crisp spring air in. I do love spring! I also whipped up this yummy casserole for supper. It is a Pioneer Woman Cooks recipe and I was very impressed with it. This recipe is a keeper! Here is the link to the recipe.
